  • Service fees are based on factors such as load size, distance, labor, and any special requirements.

  • Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made in full before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept [list payment methods, cash and e-transfers].

2.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made [48] hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.

2.4 Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure clear access to pickup and delivery locations.

  • Any additional labor, waiting time, or obstacles (e.g., inaccessible locations, unexpected delays) may result in additional charges.

3. Limitations of Liability

  • No Liability for Damages: While we take precautions, BudgetPro Hauling is not responsible for damages to property, items, or premises unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • Third-Party Services: If we coordinate with third-party providers, we are not responsible for their actions, delays, or damages.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including weather, road closures, or emergencies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and service descriptions, is the property of BudgetPro Hauling and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

5. Modifications to Services & Terms
